Return Policy
Returns can only be made due to an error on the actual product. All items produced are made custom per order and there are no refunds. In order to return an item you will need to contact us by phone to discuss a return authorization. It is at our discretion to approve/deny and products in question. If approved, you may return for a replacement.
Once a Custom, Semi Custom, Number Plate, or Rider ID product is applied to an object absolutely NO returns can be made for defects in the quality of the workmanship.
Proofing Process
All order will receive 1 proof if requested free of charge. This does however add additional time to the total turnaround time due to the extra steps involved. If additional proofs are required they are subject to an additional fee of $10.per proof. All changes in design, artwork, or logos from the original purchase will be subject to additional design fees. Electronic approval of the artwork is final, and product is agreed to be produced as approved. Changes after artwork approval will require an additional design fee due to the extra design time involved.
Color Profiles
The print colors at Step Up MX are some of the highest quality in the industry. We have tested and perfected our vibrant color profiles to match the manufacturers products as closely as possible. Due to the fact that all monitor colors vary, we cannot be held responsible to any differences viewed on your screen via proof or our website.
Logo usage
We only use vector images for our dirt bike decals. The file extensions are typically .ai or .eps files. Any bitmap based logo's ex. .jpg, .gif, .png, or .bmp cannot be used. We have most of the moto industry logo's on file. We are required by their individual usage restrictions and follow as requested. Any logo requested outside of the moto industry that cannot be obtained must be supplied by the company or you in the correct format. We have an exceptional staff that can recreate or custom design any logo that you would like but we are limited to copyright restrictions. Any logo designed will be subject to an additional design fee.
Production Times
We strive to process your order and ship all products in a timely manner immediately after receiving an order. Since most kits are made per order there are many different factors that could affect turnaround time (ex. custom logo's, custom art changes, art changes by customer, multiple proof requests, as well as proof approval delays.) A rough estimate of production time is as follows: proof after order has processed 1-2 business days. printing after proof approval 1-3 days. skipping the proof process will speed up the order however you waive any chance to make edits prior to printing.
Shipping
We ship all products standard ground at the buyers expense unless requested otherwise. For international orders our website does not automatically charge the appropriate shipping. Therefore an additional shipping charge will be assessed after the order has been placed and an exact shipping charge has been established per your location.
